89cd Terms & Conditions
This document clearly sets out all the terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the 89cd platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.
Important Notice: These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 89cd platform ("we", "us") and each registered user ("you", "player"). Continuing to use the service means you fully accept all of these terms.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use any service on the 89cd platform. If these conditions are not met, an account cannot be created or used.
1.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on 89cd and take part in any gaming or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Only individuals aged 21 or above are eligible to use this platform. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and all balances may be forfeited.
1.2 Jurisdictional Applicability
It is entirely your responsibility to confirm that online gaming and betting is legal in the country or region where you reside. 89cd does not provide advice on the legal status of any specific country. Users must themselves verify that using this type of service is legally permitted in their area.
Warning: Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately.
1.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates more than one account, it will be considered a breach of policy and all accounts will be closed.
Account Registration
When creating an account on the 89cd platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are personally responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.
2.1 Accuracy of Information
- You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, address, and an active email address.
- Accounts created using false, incomplete, or another person's identity are not permitted.
- If any of your details change, please notify the support team as soon as possible.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
89cd may request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may need to be submitted for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on 89cd:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks
3.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same across all methods). There is no mandatory waiting period between multiple deposits, however each transaction will go through a security check.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the associated wagering requirements have been met.
3.4 General Transaction Policy
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any discrepancy is found in a transaction, the 89cd support team has the right to investigate. Any fraudulent or suspicious transaction that is identified may be cancelled immediately and the account placed under review.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
89cd offers a welcome bonus on the first deposit. The current bonus structure is as follows:
Bonus rate: Up to 100% of the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times (20x), applicable to the bonus amount only.
Wagering example: If you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The bonus is for new account holders only and applies once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the specified wagering requirements have been completed.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
- In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- 89cd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
4.4 Other Promotions
89cd may launch various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page. If you have any questions about a promotion, please contact the support team.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on the platform may be cancelled or changed before they are finalised, where permitted by the applicable rules. Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed. If a bet is incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error, 89cd reserves the right to void it.
5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
- Team names may be used as generic examples in sports betting; no guarantee is made regarding any specific match or result.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
- For in-play betting, bets placed after a market has closed may not be accepted.
5.3 Slots & Casino Games
89cd's slots and casino games are powered by a range of reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe. Each game has its own rules, which are stated within the game. All games follow a Fair Play policy and outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
5.4 Technical Errors
If a game or bet is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue, or any other technical fault, 89cd will re-evaluate the bet where applicable. In such situations, the decision of 89cd will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and fairness of the 89cd platform:
- Fraud & Cheating: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same individual.
- Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses under multiple identities in violation of bonus terms.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimise funds obtained illegally.
- Bots & Automated Software: Using any software to automate the gaming or betting process.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
- Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to the system or attempting to cause damage.
- Abusive Behaviour: Disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards support staff or other users.
Consequences: If any of these prohibited activities are identified, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed, however any bonus with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
7.2 Suspension or Cancellation by 89cd
89cd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
- Failure or refusal to cooperate with identity verification.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
7.3 Balance After Suspension
If an account is closed due to a breach of rules, the resolution of the balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation. If no breach is proven, any legitimate balance will be returned.
Privacy & Data Protection
89cd places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.
8.1 Data Collection & Use
- Personal information provided at the time of registration is used solely for the purpose of delivering services and verifying identity.
- Personal information is not sold to third parties.
- Information may be provided to authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
89cd makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 89cd is not obligated to provide any compensation for such periods.
9.2 Third-Party Content
For content provided by third-party game providers on the platform (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft), their own terms and conditions apply. For any issues related to the operation of these games, the terms of the respective provider will apply.
9.3 Gaming Losses
89cd is not liable for normal losses incurred through gaming and betting. Complaints regarding the normal outcome of gameplay — except in cases of technical error — will not be accepted.

Responsible Gaming
